Intellecap joins hands with the Indore Chapter of Global Shapers of World Economic Forum to organize a workshop for family-run-businesses

Intellecap-logoNew Delhi, India, September 24, 2014: Intellecap, Intellecap, a global advisory firm that offers a range of Consulting, Research & Investment Banking Services, in collaboration with the Indore Chapter of Global Shapers of World Economic Forum, is conducting a workshop on ‘Unlocking Value of Family Businesses through External Equity’ at Indore on September 30, 2014. This is also coincides with the launch of the Indore Chapter of World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers. Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha Sumitra Mahajan will be the guest of honor for the event.

The workshop will have back-to-back panel discussions on unlocking the value of family businesses through private equity. The panelists will comprise of the investor community, local scaled up businesses and local business experts.

Through this workshop, Intellecap aims to address the concerns of entrepreneurs and preparedness of enterprise before a capital raise, and delve into potential challenges that companies might face post investment. Speaking about the event, Gagandeep Bakshi, Associate Director – Investment Banking at Intellecap said, “In India, family run businesses account for 85% of all Indian companies.
