Mygate Reports First-Ever Full-Year Profitability in FY25 with 80% YoY Growth
Mygate announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), delivering a landmark performance with its first-ever full-year profitability, adjusted EBITDA breakeven, and positive cash generation.
FY25 marked a defining year for Mygate as the company combined strong revenue growth with disciplined execution and improved operating leverage. Revenue from operations grew 80% year-on-year to ₹ 173.4 crore, compared to ₹ 96.2 crore in FY24, driven by scale across its core business and steady diversification of revenue streams.
Key Financial Highlights – FY25 (Standalone)
- Revenue from Operations: ₹ 173.4 crore (↑80% YoY; FY24: ₹ 96.2 crore)
- Adjusted Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹ 7.1 crore, marking first-ever full-year profitability
- Adjusted Operating EBITDA: ₹ 0.4 crore, achieving EBITDA breakeven
- Cash Position: Cash surplus of ₹ 4.8 crore, reflecting strong cash discipline

The company reported an Overall PBT of ₹ 7.1 crore, a sharp turnaround from a loss of ₹ 24.3 crore in FY24, reflecting operating efficiencies and scale benefits across the business. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹ 0.4 crore, marking a key inflection point after several years of investment-led growth.
Mygate also generated a cash surplus of ₹ 4.8 crore in FY25, a significant improvement over the previous year, underscoring the sustainability of its business model and a sharper focus on financial discipline.
