Gartner recognizes Orange Business Services’ in Critical Capabilities report for Asia Pacific network providers

Orange-Business-ServicesNew Delhi, India, September 26, 2014: Orange Business Services has been evaluated in Gartner Inc.’s June 30, 2014, Critical Capabilities for Asia/Pacific Network Providers. The report evaluates 13 regional network service providers (NSPs) in Asia Pacific, assessing them for their pan-regional and extended domestic network coverage, high capacity networks and low latency networks use cases. Orange has scored the highest in the Regional Network Use Case, with a 4.10 out of a possible 5, and a 3.90 out of 5 for the  Extended Domestic Network Use Case, reflecting 2 of the 4 Use Cases in the report.

The report notes that “The needs of MNCs operating in Asia/Pacific are evolving with the changing trends.   While the majority, typically, require international connectivity to all the major markets, the very large MNCs now require deep domestic connectivity in emerging markets such as China and India — where they have large or rapidly expanding operations.”

“Orange is dedicated to providing our customers with the infrastructure and network services that best suit their expansion needs, and we believe the Gartner report is a testament to that. As the Asia Pacific region accelerates in its pace of development, customers can count on our solutions to grow their share in emerging markets,” said Christophe Ozer, Head of Global Communications Solutions – Asia Pacific, Orange Business Services.

With a substantial presence in numerous markets, Orange Business Services provides reliable local service and support to a wide range of customers and is strong in the shipping, logistics and resources industries.
