Sanjay Dhavalikar

Sanjay comes with a domain expertise & experience of 25+ years in the BFSI industry, having last worked as the Senior VP (Operations & Customer Service with Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co Ltd. He has played leadership roles at Future Generali Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Vice President & Head – Operations & Customer Service, SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Asst. Vice President – Operations, ICICI Bank as Head – Central Processing Center handling entire production, delivery for liability operations & depository operations and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. where he was responsible for New Business Operations in Central Operations Team. Sanjay has successfully handled various large size operational projects for Citibank NA, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, while he was with A M Bhatkal Financial Services, working as a Deputy General Manager.

Sanjay has expertise in heading and directing overall Operations encompassing Strategic Planning, Retail Operations Management, Process Management, Systems Implementation, Quality and SLA Management, Risk Management, Audit & Compliance, Policy Formulation, Six Sigma Projects, as well as other allied functions in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services Sector. Madhuri Dhavalikar

Madhuri has domain experience in the Medical and Health Care Sector, and in her last assignment, she worked with Dr. Tamhane’s Lab, Nest Hospital and DhavantariHospital heading pathological laboratory operations. She is responsible for the Accounts and Administration of the Company.
