element14 expands StrongIRFET family from International Rectifier for electronics design in Asia-Pacific
New Delhi, India, August 07, 2014: element14 has expanded its StrongIRFET family with the addition of 60V MOSFETs from International Rectifier, a player in power management technology. Featuring ultra-low Rds (on) these robust solutions have been tested for use in industrial applications such as power tools, light electric vehicle (LEV) inverters, DC motor drives, Li-ion battery pack protection, and switched mode power supply.
Available in through-hole and surface mount D2-PAK packages, these MOSFETs feature :
- ultra-low on-state resistance Rds(on) for improved performance in low frequency applications
- very high-current carrying capability
- soft body diode
- 3V typical threshold voltage to improve noise immunity
