Anant Raj Cloud, Orange Business Singapore Sign MoU with Haryana Govt to Take the State’s Cloud Services to Global Market

Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, and Orange Business Services Singapore Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based digital technology and network services company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Haryana, through the Department of Industries & Commerce. The collaboration aims to take Haryana-based cloud and data centre services to global markets and facilitate the hosting of overseas data in the state.

The latest MoU builds on Anant Raj Limited’s commitment to Haryana’s digital infrastructure. In June 2026, the company had signed an MoU with the Government of Haryana under the Make in Haryana event, committing ₹25,000 crore towards the development of data centre infrastructure across the state.

Under the new MoU, Anant Raj Cloud Singapore will promote Haryana as a preferred global hub for data centres, cloud and AI infrastructure. It will undertake global marketing of Ashok Cloud, Anant Raj’s cloud platform, and data centre services hosted in Haryana, while facilitating the onboarding of overseas customers looking to host their data in the state.

The collaboration also reaffirms Anant Raj Limited’s commitment to investments in data centre and cloud services in Haryana. The company, through its group entities, has committed to developing approximately 307 MW of IT Load across its Manesar, Panchkula and Rai campuses, with further investments planned in phases based on demand, commercial viability and requisite approvals.

The Government of Haryana has also introduced a dedicated Data Centre Policy 2026, offering a range of incentives to support the development of data centre infrastructure in the state. At the national level, India offers a competitive cost environment, with relatively lower Capex and Opex (Capital and operating costs), further strengthening its proposition for attracting global data workloads.

Orange Business will explore opportunities to work as a technology partner for the establishment of data centres and support cloud services, including those designed for AI workloads and high-performance computing. Its role will include providing technology architecture, cloud and AI hardware and technical expertise, while also supporting Anant Raj Cloud Singapore’s go-to-market initiatives in international markets.

Amit Sarin, Managing Director, Anant Raj Limited, said, “This MoU marks an important step in taking Haryana’s digital infrastructure capabilities to a wider global market. Our focus is not only on building data centre capacity in the state but also on creating an ecosystem that can serve customers beyond India. With Ashok Cloud, our expanding data centre footprint and the support of Orange Business, we see a strong opportunity to bring global data workloads to Haryana and strengthen the state’s position in the digital infrastructure landscape.”

Christophe OZER – Head of Digital Infrastructure & Partners APAC, from Orange Business said , “We are pleased to strengthen our collaboration with Anant Raj Cloud and support their plans to take Haryana-based cloud services to international markets. As a technology partner, we bring expertise in cloud architecture, AI infrastructure and managed digital services to support the development of secure and AI-ready environments. This collaboration can serve both Indian and global customers.”

Anant Raj Limited currently operates data centre facilities at its Manesar and Panchkula campuses, with capacity expansion underway. The company is working towards its planned capacity of approximately 307 MW IT Load across Manesar, Panchkula and Rai, with the Rai campus in Sonipat having potential capacity of around 200 MW IT Load.

The latest collaboration also builds on the relationship between Anant Raj and Orange Business, which began in 2024 with a partnership to deliver managed cloud services in India, and now expands that relationship towards global cloud services and digital infrastructure
