Blue Star Infotech Q1 FY 2014-15 Revenues up by 13%

•       Total Revenue stood at Rs. 6446 lakhs, grew by 13% from Rs. 5688 lakhs of same quarter last year
•       Total Operating Income grew by 9% Y-o-Y to Rs. 6446 lakhs from Rs. 5936 lakhs
•       Profit after Tax for the quarter  stood at Rs. 311 lakhs, declining primarily due to fluctuations in forex rate movement

1.      First IP based sale by Blue Star Infotech – Mobile Vacation Planner (MVP), an innovative next-gen tablet computer based application, to one of the world’s largest travel providers. The highly interactive application helps travellers plan their itinerary for a trip or vacation using photos, videos, maps and detailed descriptions of hotels, activities and sightseeing options

2.      Blue Star Infotech successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solutions at Komli Media, Asia Pacific’s leading media Technology Company. Achieving this milestone was vital to Komli Media’s rapid expansion in the APAC region

3.      Strengthening its expertise in the area of Mobility, Blue Star Infotech entered into a joint venture with SAP India, a subsidiary of SAP AG as their official Mobility partner. This alliance will help Blue Star Infotech  explore untapped opportunities by offering advanced solutions to its existing and prospective customers

If the forex gain last year is ignored, the PAT from business operations this year has doubled over the same quarter last year.
