Sony India establishes free service camps for its products in Chennai
Chennai, India, December 22, 2015: Sony India has announced a special service camp for its Chennai customers. Following the damage caused by the floods, the camp aims to provide Free Labour charges and 50 per cent discount on product spare parts.
Thisfacility will be applicable to Sony products which are damaged by water ingression. Customers can visit the service camp from December 20- December 31, 2015 to avail the facility.
In light of the vulnerable situation prevailing in Chennai, the move is aimed to provide relief to customers facing extensive product damage. Sony India will be working closing with its service centers to ensure seamless execution of the facility in the region.
