Hello friends, today, I’m sharing my shopping experience with e-commerce market place Snapdeal.
I have purchased Infocus M350 from there last week(11 Aug.) . First, I want to tell you about Snapdeal’s user interface. It is too good. I was easily find mobile section. I have to purchase a mobile under 7000. I have searched many other smartphones under mobile section. During the search time, my eyes stops on Infocus M350. I thought, I have to see this smartphone. I have checked its image and found this smartphone very attactive. Infocus M350 spec sheet was also their, which help me a lot to understand this smartphone. I really like its review esction too, where, I have read almost every review comments. Many review comments were appreciating this smartphone and some are not.
Once, I have decided that I shall buy this device, then, I have clicked on BUY NOW button and completed payment.
It was a normal thing, which every user do, but, main story starts from here, during payment time, I forgot to change this smartphone’s delivery address. I was buying this smartphone for my sister and she is living in Chandigarh. One moment, I thought “Koi Nahi” , I will give it to her, whenever I will meet her, but second moment, I thought, I have to cantact to customer care and should request for address change.
I call there and told them my query, the lady who picked my call was very helpful for me, I gave my trancation id to her and after 10-15 minutes my shipping address were changed.
I was very happy with the customer support.
After 4-5 days, Infocus M350 was dilivered to my sister’s place and she was too happy after received this smartphone.
In all of these, I thought that customer support was very helpful for me. For every online marketplace, customer support should be responsive like Snapdeal’s customer support, because, in our country or across the globle, people wants good support from company.
