Simmtronics launches XPAD tablet in Indian market
New Delhi, India, January 13, 2014: With the launch of the XPAD Turbo tablet, Simmtronics has expanded its XPAD tablet portfolio, which already includes XPAD-XQ1, XPAD X-722, XPAD X720, XPAD 801, XPAD X1010, XPAD 802 and XPAD Freedom.
The XPAD Turbo tablet runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and comes with dual-SIM support (2G+3G) and dual standby capabilites. It features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with a Mali 400MP GPU and 512MB of RAM. The XPAD Turbo tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera and also houses a VGA front-facing camera.
The tablet comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity features on the XPAD Turbo tablet include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AGPS, Micro-USB and 3G (via SIM). The XPAD Turbo tablet packs a 2800mAh battery which the company claims can deliver up to 140 hours of standby time and up to 4 hours of Internet browsing time.
