Minimum pension and pay scheme to unskilled workers and farmers is a strong first step towards commitment of allaying poverty. It’s a welcome move by PM towards commitment of removing poverty. Increase threshold for tax free gratuity will definitely benefit salaries middle class of India. It definitely strengthens the safety net for salaried class.
