Channel-Director-for-Epicor-in-the-Middle-East-Africa-and-India-Anish-KanaranThis budget is expected to stabilise and recover the economy. There is a need to revive growth in the manufacturing sector in India. With the Modi governments ’ Make in India’ Campaign having gained so much momentum, this budget will certainly be disposed towards incentives for the manufacturing sector. Also expected are tax breaks for small and medium scale enterprises, which are the backbone of the ‘Make in India’ initiative. These incentives and tax breaks will help reduce capital constraints among the SMEs and should encourage investment in IT solutions such as ERP to improve efficiencies in the order-to-fulfillment business cycle.
