Pairee Infotech has acquired the training business of Mindspeed India, a firm catering to the Soft Skills training needs of the IT and ITeS industry since 2002, for an undisclosed amount. Specialists in the area of Behavioural, Communication and Leadership, Mindspeed India has a team of qualified creative and resourceful facilitators, who design and develop customised training programmes. These programmes meet challenges of professional interactions in virtual teams, language enhancement for global communication and other modules. The organisation has a track record of having trained more than 1.7 lakh professionals in varied fields.
Speaking on the acquisition, Chandrakanth B.N., Founder and CEO, Pairee Infotech, stated, “As we are working on innovative technologies like IOT, where virtual training is an area of interest for us, it was a logical and strategic decision to acquire the training business of Mindspeed.
