The REP Band integrates a high-fidelity 6-axis motion engine combining an IMU-accelerometer and a dedicated gyroscope. Continuous machine learning tracking automatically identifies exercises, including Running, Walking, Cycling, Elliptical training, and Rowing, across both indoor and outdoor environments, while actively filtering out heavy kinetic noise for clean data even during intense movements or sleep positional changes.
