The launch of company owned and company operated service centres will be an industry first and is open to customers from January 2015. The 15 Exclusive Smartcare Centers will be launched in New Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar and Mumbai.

The Smartcare Centre in New Delhi will be 156 sq ft in area and located in 12/16, 2nd Floor, Metro Mall, Aaray Samaj Road, Karol Bagh.

Unlike regular service centers which are focused on volume of repairs and revenues, the Smartcare centers will have the best of trained engineers, staff and would also have a world class ambience. The engagement with the customers would be at differential levels since they would now be dealing directly with the company.
