Huawei Watch GT2 Series gets the latest Sp02 feature

Huawei Watch GT2 now comes with a SpO2 monitoring system which essentially helps users detect oxygen saturation levels in the blood. The firmware update version 1.0.6.26 has been released for Huawei Watch GT2 for installation in the watches from the series. Once installed successfully, the update would add a feature of measuring SpO2 levels through the health app, apart from improving system stability.

SpO2 represents an estimate of the oxygen levels in a person’s bloodstream. A healthy person should have an SpO2 level between 90 and 100. Low levels of oxygen in the blood can cause hypoxemia, which can have severe impact on health. The elderly, people with certain heart and lungs related diseases and snoring issues, those having a hectic schedule, or those living at higher altitude are usual victims of low oxygen levels in the blood.

Huawei Watch GT2 users can just now install the update and keep track of the oxygen levels in blood. The feature will be inbuilt in the Huawei Watch GT2e variant. The users can run the test anytime and anywhere without bringing an extra medical equipment with them. The feature will also be handy for sports person, gym, and fitness enthusiast for monitoring oxygen levels during hectic workout sessions.

Huawei Consumer Business Group had launched Huawei Watch GT2 earlier this year by (BG), marking yet another revolution in the wearable category. Huawei Watch GT 2 focuses on consumer-centric innovations customised to suit individual needs. Backed with a 2-week long battery life just after one charge, the Huawei GT2 watch supports Bluetooth calling, in-device music and capacity to store and play 500 songs.  Huawei Watch GT-2 has Super AMOLED display with 3D glass screen, and it has already been sensation for raising the bar with its powerful connectivity and integrated user experience.
