Fujifilm India has recently inagurated new service and repair centres across eleven cities in India like Lucknow, Jaipur, Patiala, Ludhiana, Hyderabad, Ranchi, Guwahati, Patna, Bhubaneswar. With these new centres, Fujifilm aims to expand its services to tier-2 markets in the country.
Service centres are an integral part of customer experience and with enhanced service facility and assistance, Fujifilm is further amplifying and expanding its market presence in India to cater to the audience. Fujifilm India has always been committed to deliver world class products and services to all. In order to reach maximum customers and ensure everyone gets the services, Fujifilm India has opened authorised service centres at eleven new locations where it would provide service and repair facilities for Electronic Imaging and Instax.
All these authorised service centres are capable of providing repair service for Instax completely. For Electronic Imaging, these service centres are authorised for L1 (Sensor/Lens cleaning and Firmware update). Earlier for cleaning and firmware update, customers had to submit the product at the collection point, which was a complicated process. But the opening of these authorised service centres has simplified the whole process for customers and they can now get their product on the same day after the cleaning and firmware update is done.
Commenting on the inaguration of new service centres, Mr. Arun Babu, General Manager, EID, Optical Devices and INSTAX Division said, “Fujifilm India is delighted to open the new Authorised Service Centres at eleven locations all over India, to provide world class service to the customers – be it online consultations or product service on the same day. Fujifilm India has always been committed to its customers and these service centres will further enhance our footprint and strong-hold in the Industry.”
Fujifilm, since its foray into the Indian market, has been committed to providing innovative and dependable solutions for daily life.
