Pune, India, July 9, 2014: Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, has announced that Cellcom Israel, the country’s largest cellular operator, has selected Amdocs to replace disparate CRM systems with software from Amdocs’ latest CES 9.1 portfolio, consolidating CRM operations across wireless, wireline, Internet and international-calling lines of business. As a result, Cellcom Israel will be able to enhance customer experience and better support its growth into new service areas.
Amdocs’ billing software has been supporting Cellcom Israel for more than a decade. Four years ago, Amdocs’ support of Cellcom Israel’s billing operations was expanded to include Amdocs’ managed services, resulting in reduced handling time of operational issues and improved application development capabilities. The managed services engagement has now been expanded to cover Cellcom Israel’s CRM operations.
