As part of the initiative, Paytm introduced a custom-designed Gudi Padwa-themed auto rickshaw that travelled across key locations in Mumbai, Pune, and Ahilyanagar, turning everyday streets into a festive, interactive experience. The experience invited people to step in, engage, and participate in conversations around money in a setting that felt easy and welcoming, encouraging reflection on goals and new beginnings.

While conversations around money are often considered private or uncomfortable, the campaign brought them into the open in a light, festive, and non-judgmental manner, encouraging individuals to open up and share their personal stories. People across age groups participated with enthusiasm, reflecting on their financial journeys and setting new intentions for the year ahead.

From first-time earners seeking to build better saving habits to individuals setting new financial goals, each interaction highlighted a unique insight on how money plays a central role in everyday life, with conversations around it still evolving.

To extend the experience beyond the streets, Paytm presented participants with a festive ‘Gudi Bag’ inspired by the traditions of Gudi Padwa, designed as a thoughtful takeaway from the celebration. Each bag also featured a Paytm QR code, seamlessly blending cultural symbolism with digital convenience, and reflecting how mobile payments are becoming a natural part of everyday celebrations.

Through this initiative, Paytm goes beyond enabling transactions to foster greater openness and confidence around money, positioning itself as a brand that not only powers payments but also supports more informed and confident financial behaviour.
