Bounteous Hosts Agile Network India Bengaluru Chapter Meetup on Agile Delivery in the Age of AI

Bounteous, a global AI services firm, collaborated with Agile Network India to host the Bengaluru Chapter community meetup themed ‘Accelerating Agile Delivery in the Age of AI.’ The event, held on July 04, 2026, brought together 55 agile practitioners, delivery leaders, technologists, and product teams for a discussion on the future of agile delivery in the age of AI.

Agile Network India is a practitioner-led community that fosters collaboration among IT professionals to share practical experiences, new ideas, and evolving agile approaches.

Discussions during the session focused on how agile delivery teams are adapting as AI becomes embedded into everyday execution. A central theme was the growing importance of clearer specifications, stronger context, and sharper collaboration as teams begin working with agents and copilots across the delivery lifecycle. Speakers and participants explored how new ways of working are reshaping delivery models, engineering workflows, decision-making practices including how teams can prepare to work alongside intelligent tools in more structured and accountable ways.

The session featured Arshad Tanveer, Vice President, Delivery at Bounteous, who presented on “Vague Tickets, Fast Agents: Why Your Spec Is Now Your Velocity” focusing on the growing importance of clearer specifications as AI tools become part of delivery workflows.

The event also featured Rishabh Dhingra, AI Product Manager at a leading search and technology company, who spoke on “Velocity or Vertigo? Agile Delivery in the Age of AI,” sharing perspectives on how organizations can balance speed, discipline, and ownership in AI-enabled delivery environments.

The meetup also included a panel discussion on “What will an Agile delivery team or pod look like in 2026 and beyond?” exploring how agile teams may adapt as AI becomes part of how teams work every day. Panelists discussed the balance between human judgment and AI-assisted execution, evolving ownership models, and the skills teams need to work effectively in this changing environment.

“Community conversations like this keep us connected to what delivery teams are navigating on the ground,” said Kumar Vikas, EVP, Data & AI, Bounteous. “AI is entering the everyday mechanics of delivery, from how work is specified to how teams build, test, and make decisions. As teams move faster with these tools, the focus has to remain on translating intent into clear specifications, applying engineering discipline, and keeping human judgment at the center of execution.”

The event concluded with interactive discussions that enabled participants to exchange real-world insights and strengthen connections within the regional agile and technology community.
