Avantel Secures ₹10.11 Crore Order from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for Airborne Satcom Equipment
Avantel has received a purchase order worth ₹10.11 crore (inclusive of taxes) from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a premier aerospace and defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence. The order involves the supply of Satellite Communication (Satcom) Equipment – Airborne Version, tailored to meet HAL’s operational requirements.
HAL, as India’s flagship aerospace manufacturer, plays a key role in equipping the Indian Armed Forces with state-of-the-art aircraft, and this engagement further reinforces Avantel’s commitment to advancing the nation’s defence communication capabilities through indigenous solutions. As per the contract, the supplied equipment will carry a warranty of 24 months from the date of acceptance, with project execution scheduled for completion by 10th August 2026.
