Quest Global Strengthens Board with Four New Appointments
The Board of Quest Global Engineering Services announced the appointment of four independent directors to its Board: Emiko Higashi, Dr. John Hillen, Sabine Kohleisen and Rostow Ravanan. This expansion also reflects Quest Global’s commitment to diversity, with women now representing one-third of its 12-member Board, further strengthening the company’s global leadership, governance, and breadth of perspectives as it continues to scale across the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Energy, Hi-Tech, MedTech & Healthcare, Rail, and Semiconductor industries.
Ajit Prabhu, Co-Founder and CEO, Quest Global, said, “Quest Global has always believed that solving the world’s hardest engineering problems requires diversity of thought, strong leadership, and a long-term view. Emiko, John, Sabine and Rostow each bring distinct experience and perspective that will help us strengthen our governance, sharpen our strategic thinking, and support our next phase of growth.”
Emiko Higashi is Founder and Managing Director of Tomon Capital Partners, with deep expertise in technology, capital markets, and cross-border M&A across Japan and the United States. She serves on the boards of Rapidus, Takeda Pharmaceutical, KLA, and Rambus.
