The company has won ‘The Brand Leadership Award in Child & Women Care’ and ‘The Sustainable Marketing Excellence Award’ in recognition of its efforts in educating and empowering women, creating human capital, and in turn building a distinguished brand identity and sustained marketing program with its Step IT Up America initiative.
Step IT Up America is a national proprietary workforce training program started in 2013 to train and employ inner-city minority women and equip them with the technological skills to launch successful careers in IT (information technology). UST Global is investing in recruiting, training, and employing thousands of women who demonstrate the commitment to attend a community college and is expecting to help create 5000 jobs by 2020.
