Automated Tools and Trainings
On partnering, JAINHITS provides the cable operator partners with various automated tools. Cable operator partner’s team is given a no-cost comprehensive training on Subscriber Management System (SMS) and Installation. The training sessions are organized with cable operator partners across country. The trainings are also imparted virtually through the use of audio-visual tools including films and webinars conducted in the local/ vernacular languages. Fully automated SMS allows cable operators to seamlessly activate, deactivate customers, managing collection of billings. This helps them grow their business further.
JAINHITS also provides comprehensive on-ground training to DP sales and technical personnel aside of such specific needs of LCOs. Fully automated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is provided to DPs (Distribution Partners) in order to manage and ensure continuous growth for their business.
