Post the service request has been filed a Blue Dart representative will collect the product from the customers’ residence within 48 hours and take it to the nearest service station for repairs or replacement and deliver it back to the customers’ door. This door-to-door service is being offered to customers free of charge and serves to highlight Strontium’s focus on augmenting the overall brand experience to a new level.
