Propalms is now Thinspace
Pune, India, August 25, 2014: Propalms, a global provider of reliable, scalable and affordable application delivery, virtualization, and cloud client technology to public and private sector companies and organizations of all sizes, today announced that it will now operate around the world under the new brand name “Thinspace”. Thinspace will be the new brand at corporate level as well as all products will be rebranded under Thinspace brand.
Propalms has globally rebranded itself as a reflection of its product offerings, the market space it occupies and the direction in which the company is moving in. The move consolidates the company’s brand into a single cohesive global presence.
Thinspace, in US, has been successful in attracting the next round of funding, and is now a public entity in US. The benefit for partners and customers is that the company will be more transparent in its operations and the new investments will enable Thinspace to increase its engineering team, and focus on enhancing the existing portfolio. There is no other change in the team otherwise.
Vijender Yadav, CTO at Thinspace Technology Ltd, said, “This transformation from Propalms to Thinspace comes at a defining moment in our company’s history. Thinspace name is synonymous with the company and its products and this move is a logical step forward as the company launches its new product offerings for the future.”
Events preceding this change of the name were hectic and included Propalms acquiring two companies last year, adding hardware endpoints in its portfolio to supplement server-side infrastructure products, a reverse merger with Vanity Events Holdings in Dec 2013, and going public.
