Data Science Technologies to host seminar on Big Data Analytics

The event titled ‘The Big Data Analytics Power Lunch’ is a joint effort by DST and SAS to offer customers complete insights into harnessing their structured and unstructured, optimizing this data to grow their business further and demonstrate the features and benefits of using SAS Visual Analytics.

Carel Badenhorst, Head Technology Practice – Middle East Africa, Turkey & Pakistan at SAS will present on the Big Data life cycle, which will cover basic issues concerning data visualization and provide suggestions for addressing those issues. He will also do a demonstration to show the audience the best practice in working with large data, suggest ways to display results of data exploration and analysis in a way that is not overwhelming and easily digestible, understandable and actionable. Sanjay Rao from DST will speak on DST’s big data solutions and services.
