JEE is considered to be one of the most yearning undergraduate engineering entrance exams that all the aspirants have their eyes on. The JEE advance entrance exam is the only source to get into IIT colleges which is only given after clearing JEE main exam. The JEE mains and advance exam held every year is regulated by the JEE and CBSE Board that ensures your admission to one of the most reputed engineering college of India i.e. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). The IIT colleges are every engineering aspirant’s dream. It becomes like a challenge to clear JEE for the students who die hard to take up career in any engineering stream.
Thousands of students each year appear for the most hyped JEE advance/main and only few are able to make their way through the esteemed IIT. JEE mains/advance syllabus is designed in a way that do not prepare only for scientific theories but it leads to overall development of the students. Students enrolled for JEE are trained to overcome the hardships of life in a strategic way without any fear of obstacles. For the JEE main2015, nearly 13,000 students attempted the paper. And the student’s craving for it could not be denied as the most prestigious entrance paper can lead to open up vast variety of career options with a handsome salary that no other engineering students could demand for.
B.Tech’s more in demand than M.Tech’s
The impressive recruiters are more interested in fresh graduates of IIT than the master graduates as there is a notion that b.tech’s are equipped with more high technical expertise, innovative research and development methodologies, skills and positive practical approach in the requisite branch. B.Tech graduates from IIT withdraw more salary from MNC’s and state owned organizations than M.Techs. The increase in demand of IITians has made it even more important for students to clear JEE and get their names on JEE mains/advanced cut off list. The recruiters from abroad like United States, Australia, Japan etc hire IITians at a high salary package that even creates competition amongst MNC’s settled in India. Also an IIT who gets admission to IIM for post graduation in M.B.A is more wanted in the industry than their counterparts from other engineering institutes. There is no challenge or obstacle that the IITians are unable to handle.
Undue advantages(salary, job role) for JEE crackers
You can opt to be an engineer, analyst or a faculty to teach in top engineering institutes like IIT, IIM, NIT, Sikkim Manipal University SMIT, UPES and many other renowned colleges. As already mentioned that JEE mains/advance is a key to unlock IIT, hence student who has passed out of IIT is given more importance by the recruiters. For instance, two individuals who have the same CGPA, owns same years of work experience, job profile and share other similar aspects of their job title, IITians do get another few moments of rewards from the recruiters while selecting for the role. The advantage for IITians is maximum in terms of hiring, salary, designation or quality task.
JEE advanced/mains analysis
It would be completely unjustified to say that JEE is not everyone’ cup of coffee as the exam do not demand students to be born intelligent. IIT College has become a brand name in the academic world and so is it’s JEE entrance exam. The reality of being associated with IIT itself gives a feel of being an engineer. Institutes such as National Institute of Technology (NIT), IIIT and some other colleges funded by State or Central provides admission to students based on JEE Main exam scores.
