Virtusa wins the coveted World HRD Congress Award for ‘Innovation in Learning’

The Best-in-Class Learning and Development awards are held annually to celebrate leading organizations’ who have leveraged learning and development in order to significantly advance workforce productivity and performance. The ‘Award for Innovation in Learning’ recognizes Virtusa’s Personal Excellence Program (PEP) and its journey towards becoming an employer of choice.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. R. L.
