New Delhi, India, May 12, 2015: Practo, the #1 doctor search engine in Asia launched an exclusive promotional campaign to celebrate Mother’s Day. The digital campaign was initiated on 9th May’15 across YouTube, Twitter and Facebook and was called #CallMomNow.
Created by Mindshift Interactive, the concept behind the campaign was to help pay tribute to mothers – the first doctor we ever called. She is the first person we call or think of when we’re in time of need – whether we’re sick and unwell, happy or sad – often, we utter her name even without realizing it.
The YouTube video called Happy Mother’s Day from Practo which captured the essence of motherhood and recognized the very first doctors in an individual’s life garnered over 5,50,000 views in just 2 days
As part of the campaign, Practo also launched a Twitter contest with the hashtag #CallMomNow wherein the user had to answer 6 questions including naming your mom’s super power to sharing a unique message for mothers by using the hashtag.
The overall response of the campaign was phenomenal crossing a reach of over 50 million people within 2 days. On Twitter, the hashtag trended #1 in India and had more than 18,754 Tweets.
