Motorola rolls out Android 9 pie on Motorola One Power, Nine things to experience with Android 9 pie update
Recently, Motorola has rolled out the Android 9 Pie software OTA update to its popular Motorola One Power smartphone. The new software, which replaces Android Oreo, offers a smarter and simpler experience. Motorola’s first Android One device in India, Motorola One Power, is available exclusively on Flipkart at a price of INR 15,999/.
With the Android 9 Pie update, there are 9 new and improved features the users will experience.
- Adaptive Brightness –The brightness now learns how you set your brightness in different lighting environments and then sets it accordingly.
- Connectivity – Users can now connect their phone to upto 5 Bluetooth devices at a time.
- Volume – The phone now remembers the volume you last set for your Bluetooth device(s) and plays audio at their respective volume.
- App Actions – The phone with the new update can now predict what you’re going to do next by moving the app above others.
- Navigation Gestures – Users can now see their recent apps by just swiping left or right after swiping up on the home button.
- Do Not Disturb – The do not disturb mode has been improved and now also silences visual distractions.
- Overview Selections – Reading an article and you come across an address you want to know about, the new update allows you to select the address and go to maps right away.
- Slices – The feature will now show you relevant parts of your favourite apps on google search, and will also keep it protected with the finger print sensor.
- Adaptive Battery – The battery will now adapt to the apps use or don’t and will save battery accordingly.
