HONOR announced that it is extending the warranty period till 30th June, 2020 for all HONOR phones, wearables, headsets and accessories whose warranties expire between 21st March and 21st June, 2020.
This step has been taken as a gesture of good faith and accountability to ensure seamless service to its users, and to support the consumers while meeting their requirements during this time of uncertainty caused by the global coronavirus outbreak.

Furthermore, in order to comply with the recent directive(s) and instruction(s) from the local government authorities concerning the coronavirus outbreak, HONOR has made a decision to temporarily close its service centers across the country till further notice. The decision was taken keeping the vigor of all its stakeholder, including consumers as well as employees, up and safe. In the interest of time, HONOR will continue to operate the online call center to provide continuous support to consumers, however, it may take a little longer than usual to respond to consumers’ queries owing to the very limited manpower and resources at this moment.
