After Sales Service 

This feature-rich phone is backed by Salora’s own established service network from “SILCARE” which has over 250 service centers across 189 cities pan India. In the unlikely event that your device needs to undergo any repairs, you can have it serviced at any of these centers. An added benefit is the online tracking of your service status.

Exclusive Service Promises:

  • A handset will be considered as DOA (Dead on Arrival) if it fails functionally within 10 days from the date of purchase (of the handset) or 7 Days from receipt of Product, whichever is earlier. Salora will issue replacement to Customer within 7 Working Days from the Date of Login from Its Service Centre ( Physical Damage / Liquid Logged / Accessories Failure / Software Problem / Operator Related Network Problem will not cover under DOA Criteria)
  • If any defective mobile is submitted to the Salora Authorized Service Centre, it will be repaired within 7 working days of maximum TAT.
  • If the servicing is delayed for more than 10 days, you will be provided with a 1 to 1 unit swap.
  • A service feature called ‘bounce repair’, i.e. a situation where your mobile needs to repaired three time due to defect, may entitle you to a 1 to 1 unit swap.
