Hyderabad, India, January 21, 2014: Focus Softnet, the leading software development company, has launched its new recruitment division to address the human resource and IT skills requirements of its customers across the Middle East. The new division will offer customers a wide range of services such as placement of skilled personnel including recruiting professionals for permanent or project-based requirements for all levels of the customer’s business, organizational development and training programs and HR outsourcing services.

To meet the backend requirements of this new recruitment division, Focus Softnet has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IT Global Services, one of the top Executive Search Companies in India, which specializes in Recruitment Services catering to a wide spectrum of clients in India, Europe, Far East, the Americas and the Gulf. Focus’ recruitment division will be fronted by the company’s Vice Presidents, Mansur Ahmed, who is also the Managing Director of IT Global Services and Rohan Tejura, two highly qualified professionals with tremendous global experience and expertise in placements, organizational development and training.

Focus Softnet’s new division will support all its global branches with recruitment and placement services, training and certification courses and HR outsourcing for small to medium size companies.

Focus Softnet is developing a curriculum, where specialized courses would be offered to students on general ERP, basic accounting solutions, BI and system admin certification. As part of its broader plans, Focus Softnet plans to tie-up with UAE universities to offer these courses locally in future.
