SR Mobile app is a lightweight productivity app that Knowlarity has released in Beta for customers of Super Receptionist. This app allows Super Receptionist owners to monitor their call flow and recordings on the go. Now a typical SMB may no longer sit in front of the store to monitor his business as he can do on the go it with his smartphone.
The SR Mobile App, Version 1.0, comes packed in a small 104 KB file and is compatible with Android 4.0 smartphones. The app works like a high-performance Mobile OPS Communication Center, allowing users to take full control of their business communications even on the move.
The application has already seen a quick adoption with 10% of the user base downloading the app within a week of launch. Knowlarity’s smartphone app has been rated around 4 on a scale of 1-5 by its users, who are typically SMBs.
According to Flurry, time spent on Productivity apps is growing faster than any other category. It reflects that SMB owners are ready to embrace technology to complement tradition models of efficiency. Some other technology providers such as Freshdesk and LeadSquared have also released Smartphone apps in recognition of this trend.
